BROWN AND TAN EEL SKIN

Eel is the Silk of Leathers. Like silk, it is very soft and also very strong.. My sister has an Eel Skin case for her glasses that has been going into and out of her purse for twenty-five years. It is still in wonderful condition, with no real signs of wear. These sheets are made up of segments of eel that are stitched and glued together. The sheet is right about 10 square feet. Think of the labor that went into making this sheet. At $17.50 a square foot, it is a real bargain.
